	This letter is long overdue. This past November was the second Windsor Home by Jeff Gilmore that I purchased. I wanted to pass along my appreciation and praise. Even though it is a "buyer's market" and many people encouraged me to purchase an existing home, I know that I made the right decision to build with Windsor Homes. From the beginning, I was a very reluctant builder. I know that without your team, I would not have built. Marla Lessen was enthusiastic and supportive throughout the process. Marla also has a great skill; Marla makes you feel that you are important. No matter who was walking in or what was going on, I always felt that I had Marla's attention. This is not always easy to do, but crucial as you enter the initial phase of building a new home. As I said, I had no vision. Steve Enright listened to me. Steve took the elements that I liked at Eagles Nest and incorporated them with another blueprint. Steve went above and beyond what I expected. He suggested different ideas that really made a difference with my home. Steve had a vision and helped this "reluctant builder" along the process. I could not have the beautiful home I have today without Steve's help and guidance. Also, Nicole Derose not only created a wonderful blueprint, she also was customer focused. I know she worked late to make changes in order to make deadlines. She also created a home that I love and enjoy. Although I was a reluctant builder, I did feel confident with Windsor Homes and the level of service I knew your company would provide. This was because of my first Windsor Home purchase and Rob Wacker. Rob not only deals with buyers (with our endless questions and demands) but ensures the vendors take care of your customers. Rob has always followed up (even late on Fridays), was always fair and willing to help. Customer service "after the sale" is crucial. Rob certainly set the opportunity for the next sale. After the purchase of my second Windsor home, Rob continues to be customer focused and always willing to help. I also appreciate the time you personally took to conduct the final walk through of my new home. You provided important information and I, again, felt like I was important. You also have been readily available this past year whenever I have a question. In summary, I want you to know that whenever a prospective buyer asks me about my home, I always highly recommend Windsor Homes. Everyone knows building a homes involves time, details, and many decisions. Since your home is the largest long term investment you will ever make, you want to know that your builder will stand behind their product and that there is service after the sale. I want you and Jeff Gilmore to know that your customers do notice. I know these are challenging times in the new home business; however, I believe Windsor Homes by Jeff Gilmore differentiates yourself in the marketplace with both a quality home and great service during and after the sale. 	Linda and I just wanted to put into writing how pleased we are with our choice of Windsor Homes for our new house. The staff was really wonderful to work with and their enthusiasm to meet our needs was unmatched. We've built homes before and we've had nothing but problems. Most other builders make commitments they can't keep, and when you start leaning on them the workmanship and quality diminish. I spoke with numerous builders all over Northern Indiana and Windsor not only had equivalent quality to small custom builders, but the value was unparalleled. No one builds a better quality home for the money than Windsor. You really proved that on our new home. I went up daily to inspect each days work and was very pleased. Anytime I had even the smallest request to modify or change something it was taken care of immediately and done to suit my needs. I have never seen a builder stay on such a rapid time line. Never before did I have a builder that worked continuously on my home. Usually the smaller guys run out of money or overextend themselves and cannot complete the job and runs you over on construction loans. This is a real credit to you, Gary and Don. We just want to say thank you, our home is unique and beautiful. It was really nice not having to deal with the stress caused by other builders.

	I am writing to express my appreciation to your company on the construction of my new house. I wanted to put in words how wonderful my experience was in dealing with Rob Wacker. From day one, he went out of his way to make sure everything went smoothly and he made himself readily available at all times. He is a huge asset to your company. I have built in the past with a different builder, and even though this was on a larger scale, from start to finish the service and experience was incomparable. We have been in the house for nearly two weeks and I have tried to find something wrong, but I must admit to my pleasure, everything seems to be great! Even though I did not come in contact with many of your subcontractors, I want to let you know that I think they all did a great job. The quality of work is evident and it is nice to know that they take pride in their work. The subcontractors that I did come in contact with were very helpful and went out of their way to help. Not that the rest weren't but those that I did run into were exceptional. I just wanted you to know that I am very pleased and I would not hesitate to refer anyone that I know to build with Windsor Homes. You build an exceptional home! And, if I do ever decide to move again, I would definitely consider building with Windsor Homes again.
