Absolutely!  We are capable of building any architectural style home anywhere in our market area.  However, if you are still in the midst of planning your new home, please consider collaborating with Windsor Homes as soon as possible.  We can suggest potential value engineering ideas, provide construction cost and preliminary budget information and help coordinate pre-construction selections.

We will be happy to assist you in finding your land.  Either building in one of our developments or finding land in the country, we are here to help.

Lending for new home construction is quite different than for other types of loans.  There will be interim construction financing that ultimately comes part of the permanent mortgage loan.  Both the permanent mortgage loan and the interim construction loan need to be addressed prior to construction.

At Windsor Homes you can choose everything from your rooftop to your countertop.  We offer a one-stop shopping experience at our Design Center. 

You simply tell us what you want to change, and we’ll make it happen.  We have a full time design department, so whether it be changing the interior of your home by moving walls or adding square footage, or redesigning the exterior, we can customize according to your wants and needs.
